Valentine Mitchell (born 1963), often called Ms. Val, is a controlled character in The IT Files. Valentine started her career as a criminal defense attorney before switching over to corporate law specializing in real estate with ties to the FBI. Val formerly resided in New York before a chance meeting with Ryoshi Dawson in which she was drugged and chipped. Val now serves as the corporate attorney for Utopia Holdings.
