Tokki (born 1978) is a minor character in The IT Files. Ancestrally Chinese, Tokki was born and raised in Cheon, joining the Cheon Ninja Force at a young age. One of many ninjas selected for less public work, the name Tokki was assigned to her, meaning 'rabbit' and referring to her speed and cunning. Unfortunately after an incident during an assignment in 2007 Tokki was pulled from active duty and has since been instructing only. In terms of Cheon Ninjutsu Tokki is a master of the Arts of Sleep, Stone and Trust.
