Mi-Young Hwang (born 1989) is a minor character in The IT Files. Mi-Young works for Utopia Holdings, specifically as a staff member for Utopia Cruises which is based just south of Caxias Do Sul in Brazil. Mi-Young serves as the supervisor for Utopia Cruises, answering only to Naoko Kobayashi and Mary Beth Talbot.
