Maryse Brigadoon (born 1976) is a minor character in The IT Files. A Cajun-born American film actress, Maryse first rose to fame in 2001 after appearing in several hit films, most notably as the comic book character Black Canary. Since winning an academy award in 2006 Maryse has stopped taking as many film roles, instead starting work on becoming a producer. Maryse lives in Houston, Texas, when not working on a project.
