Kioni's Justice is a story in The IT Files series, the first to follow up on the fall of Ouroboros. The story shows what happened to some minor members of Ouroboros after the death of Richard Stilton.

Kioni Abasi learns from Cassandra Flick that several former members of Ouroboros will be released, greatly frustrating her. Deciding to ensure that the ex-Ouroboros members are kept under control Kioni stalks and captures Zhen Shan, Rajni Arora, Mike Bailey and Barry Finnegan. Kioni decides to keep the four she's captured in her house's basement while perpetually under the effects of Type-7.
