The KGB Twilight Pen is a special piece of equipment used frequently by the International Temporal Enforcement Agency. Originally invented by the Russian KGB, the Twilight Pen, when clicked three times in rapid succession, can deploy a stored amount of liquid. The Twilight part of the name refers to the fact that the pen originally typically used knock-out drugs. A common tactic is to have the liquid be put into an enemy's beverage without their knowledge, the liquid's deployment instantaneous. The ITEA typically have agents carry the pen loaded with Type-7 in case of emergencies as the pen is otherwise ordinary, even functioning as a normal one as necessary.
