June Phelps (born 1986) is a minor character in The IT Files. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, June is a freelance security specialist trained in both boxing and seduction. Hired by Tamaya Qillaq to deal with the International Temporal Enforcement Agency in Prague, June was frustrated when Tamaya was arrested an decided to collect Bridget Williamson, Serafina Jawolski and Monika Sykora as compensation.
