Kat Vaughn and Mel Donavan discover that the Malibu State College Lady Sharks have vandalized their tour bus and decide to get them back. Raiding the rival college's dorm with the Stillsville Camera Kat and Mel kidnap several members of the team and put them on display in the Fetishist Wax Museum, planning to release them in the morning.
