Rita Hemp

Rita Hemp (born 1990) is a statue in Tales from the Tuckerverse. A Decker State College cheerleader, Rita was a newer girl like her best friend Carmen Inglewood. Susie Kim had Rita become a part of her collection of alternate bodies known Shoes.

Biography

Rita was born in Santa Monica, California, a part of Los Angeles county. For her whole life Rita was interested in sports, dabbling in many aspects. In middle school Rita became interested in cheerleading and became best friends with Carmen Inglewood, who tried out for a squad with her. Since the meeting Rita and Carmen have been seemingly inseparable. Rita competed professionally in a few gymnastics competitions, though they became less of a focus as she became older. Ultimately when trying to decide what to study in college Rita went with Sports Medicine, getting accepted to Decker State College.

Arriving at DSC Rita made the cheerleader squad, Michelle Gim liking her while Rachel Xanders nicknamed her 'Pocket Barbie' due to her height. As Rita's semester progressed she began to see Rachel as an ineffectual captain, coming around to Michelle's way of thinking. Rita also ended up being given a ring linked to the Royal Momju Necklace in secret by Susie Kim, thanks to time being frozen by Tucker Holmes and the Wand of Kronos. Rita wasn't made a member of Phi Sigma Delta however and helped vote Michelle to be the captain after Rachel's disappearance. Weeks later Hyo-Sook Kim suggested Rita join Susie Kim's collection of Shoes and she went with it.
