Dylan Kinnock (born 1982) is a minor character in The IT Files. A member of the Howe Street Boys that also worked at a knife shop, he participated in a raid on a play that starred Peter Stuart, Kathy Beckinstaff and Irina Popov. The raid failed when International Temporal Enforcement Agency personnel present resisted, Malai Kasem cracking his collarbone. Dylan later ended up in jail once again after a failed attempt to get revenge.
