Courtney Valance (born 1981) is a minor character in The IT Files. A Canadian-born maid that once worked for a cleaning service, Courtney was employed by the likes of Erika Stone as well as Jessica Alfa. Later Courtney was offered a job to work exclusively for Ingrid Stone in her new apartment at Victoria Towers and took the job, becoming fast friends with Biddy O'Hannegan, Ingrid's chef.
