Summary[]
Colette Landry is testing a Uranus Generator designed by the ITEA science wing while under the supervision of Marika Bran and Makeda Getachew. The device works, stopping time, but Colette, acting on the request of another sabotages the experiment and instead uses it do other things. After fooling around a bit in her frozen HQ, Colette drugged Lucienne Christophe and Tasia Spiro with Type-7, allowing her to later slip into the director's office and copy some classified files she couldn't access any other way. The generator was scrapped, believing it had failed.
