April Moon (born 1984) is a minor character in Tucker's Wand. An actress living in Los Angeles, April currently stars on the television show Savior as the super-heroine of the same name.
Biography[]
April was born in St. Louis, Missouri. In her youth April got her start as a model doing tourism ads for the city, taking acting classes in high school and moving to Los Angeles when she graduated. The first few years April made due doing commercials and low-level modelling jobs before meeting a high-level agent. The agent, who also employed Hayden Carriere and Jordan Tressly, got April her proper acting start with a guest spot on Paragons.
Jordan, now one of April's friends, let her know about a show that was being developed called Savior and introduced her to its producer Jenna Cavanaugh. Jordan had been offered a role but was committed to My Name is Ed at the time. April managed to land the lead role on the show, it being about an alien woman who comes to Earth and, inspired by comic books, decides to become a super-heroine. The comedy is notable for having the character April plays get frozen once an episode due to supposed alien technology.
